After moving to Cornwall almost 20 years ago, Chris began to learn about local building techniques and procedures and gained qualifications and experience in other trades. Now based on the Devon/Cornwall border in Callington and with a team of well qualified and accomplished tradesmen, CL Building Services cover the entirety of the two counties for all of its construction, renovation and refurbishment needs. We are very pleased to be approved by numerous organizations including the Builders & Contractors Guild, Federation of Master Builders, RTS and City & Guilds. Recently we became a certified plasterer from British Gypsum, the UK's leading manufacturer of interior lining systems. With this certification, we are able to offer a two-year guarantee on plastering works.
